Meet The Staff
Liz – Office Manager
Liz is our office manager and brings 30+ years in the dental field. She brings with her a Bachelors degree in Accounting and in Business Management. She just recently completed one year’s education in Human Resource Management as well. Her experience coupled with her extensive education aides in helping to keep our office flowing smoothly. She is such a great asset to have on our team. When Liz is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her grandson Brycen, reading, quilting, cooking, and spending time in the yard.
Ebonee – Front Office/Scheduling Coordinator
Ebonee is our scheduling coordinator and joined our team in July of 2017. She is one of the first smiles you will see when checking into our office. She was a registered dental assistant for 10 years and is cross trained for front office duties. Her background as a dental assistant is a great asset when scheduling and answering patients questions. She will assist you in scheduling your appointments, explaining the sequence of extensive dental appointments, and confirming your dental insurance. Ebonee was born in Germany and raised in Steilacoom by her two Army career parents. When she is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her adorable daughter and family.
Christina – Front Office/Treatment Coordinator
Christina is our treatment coordinator and has been in the dental field for 20+ years with 18 of those years as a dental assistant. She is now part of the front office team where she has become an expert in many dental insurance plans. She will assist in your treatment estimates, financial arrangements, and advise you of your dental benefits. Occasionally you may see her in the back assisting with the clinical team. When not in the office Christina enjoys dabbling in painting, sewing, playing with her dogs and of course a lot of rest and relaxation.
Heather – Front Office/Marketing Coordinator
Heather is our marketing coordinator and has been in the dental field for 12+ years with 6 of those years as an Orthodontic Assistant. Along with Ebonee she is one of the first smiles you will see when entering our office. She can help assist you with scheduling your appointment, gathering your dental insurance, and going over treatment estimates and financial arrangements with you. Heather enjoys spending time with her son; they love to go putt putting, ride go karts, and enjoy a good arcade. Heather also enjoys trying new restaurants and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and paddle boarding.
Miranda – Dental Hygienist
Miranda started her career as a dental assistant in 2005 in Frisco, Colorado. She fell in love with Dental Hygiene and the emphasis of caring for patients and making a difference in their oral health and overall health. She returned to school pursuing Dental Hygiene and graduated top of her class in 2011 from Yakima Valley Community College. Miranda resides in North Tacoma with her husband Koll, and children Zayne, TJ, and Riley. In their free time they enjoy trying new restaurants, being by the water, and outings with friends.
Lori – Dental Hygienist
Lori has a passion for health and wellness. She is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner as well as a registered Dental Hygienist. Lori graduated with honors from Pierce College in 2003. For the past 12 years Lori has gone to Jamaica to participate with Great Shape! Inc., 1000 Smiles Dental Mission. When Lori is not at work she enjoys sailing, skiing, reading, cooking, gardening, and studying about nutrition and wellness.
Terri – Lead Dental Assistant
Terri has been in the dental field for 20+ years and leads our clinical team with expertise in all facets of dentistry while maintaining inventory, implant control, and all the finer details required of a Lead Dental Assistant. Terri brings a very caring and calm demeanor to this practice and our patients. Outside of the office Terri loves spending time with her grandchildren, vacationing at their ocean property, and working on her farm.
Heather – Registered Dental Assistant/EFDA
Heather has been a registered dental assistant since 2005. As an expanded functions dental assistant, Heather is licensed to assist the doctor in restorative dentistry. Heather brings a genuine warmth and sincerity to our patients. She truly cares for all of our patients and wants them to have the best experience possible. Heather, her husband, and two children like to hike, kayak, and explore our state and surrounding areas as a family. Her children are involved in leadership and sports together and they love adventure.
Windie – Registered Dental Assistant
After owning her own cleaning business for years, Windie decided it was time for a career change and went to school to be a Dental Assistant. She graduated from Alterius Community College in 2017 and we are so happy she decided to join our team. When Windie is not at work she enjoys working in her garden, hiking and spending time with her children.
